It is the strategy for organizations to achieve an internal cultural change generating social impact, since it has the 4 fundamental pillars to develop a true transformation.

In order to add diverse talents, promote a culture that respects the differences of each one, and contribute to the achievement of the objectives of the organization. How? Through a guide, which contributes to an internal cultural change, managing accessibility in processes, furniture and real estate; to achieve the addition of diverse talents, focusing on the ability and not on their condition.
